Rizky Kusumo

Rizky Kusumo has worked in the real estate industry since 2010. Their first role was as a Real Estate Agent at Manhattan Connection. In 2011, they volunteered at Strategic Realty Advisors. In 2013, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Assistant Manager and Senior Analyst. In 2016, they were promoted to Manager at JLL, where they lead lease renewal, lease restructuring and lease acquisition negotiations, as well as mentoring junior executives. In 2018, they joined WeWork as an Associate Director - Real Estate Deal Management. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor at Galo Solutions. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed as Country Director - Investment at COVE, where they developed and implemented a go-to-market entry strategy to Indonesia, developed the organizational structure and business process, and led the growth from all aspects of the process from deal sourcing to closing, resulting in 800% growth YoY.

Rizky Kusumo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Operation Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Business from Green River College from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Negotiation Mastery certification from Harvard Business School Online in August 2019.
