£17.3 million has already been invested in the recently renamed Seal Bay resort, formerly Bunn Leisure in Selsey, West Sussex and more investment is planned throughout its portfolio. 
Seal Bay Resort, one of the largest resort parks in Europe is also home to Cove’s Head Office. Other parks include Gwel an Mor in Cornwall, Kings Park Village in Essex and the most recent acquisition Medmerry Park near West Wittering.
Cove UK parks offer a range of holiday home ownership, lettings, investment opportunities as well as year-round holidays. Cove is focused on providing a first-class experience across its villages, communities and resorts from luxury accommodation, world-class entertainment, sustainable local food and drink and a constantly evolving leisure and activities offering.
Cove UK’s executive Team is headed up by established leisure industry leaders, Mark Seaton, Managing Director and Geoffrey Smith, Director of Finance and Operations.
Incorporating the mission and vision of the USA Parent company Cove Communities, Cove is working towards owning and operating parks in prime destinations that offer a lifestyle that owners and holidaymakers love to live.
