Nina Flight is a seasoned Senior Recruiter at Covelo Group since August 2020, specializing in full cycle recruiting for both temporary and direct roles. Prior experience includes a position as Corporate Recruiter at Grand Circle Corporation from November 2018 to August 2020, where Nina focused on high-volume recruiting for sales and customer service positions, utilizing tools such as Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, Workable, and Clear Company. Nina began their career as a Travel Sales Consultant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from the University of New Hampshire, attained in 2018, following a high school diploma from Waynflete School in 2014.
