Ashley Brown has a strong background in continuous improvement and project management. Ashley has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Management Trainee at Mohawk Industries in 2010. Ashley then worked as a Senior Business Operations Analyst before transitioning to Beaulieu America in 2013. At Beaulieu America, Ashley served as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement for four years. Since 2018, they have been working at Covenant, where they have held multiple positions, including Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, Director of Continuous Improvement & Strategy, Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning & Driver Orientation/Onboarding, and, currently, Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Project Management.
Ashley Brown earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kennesaw State University in 2009, with a focus on Management, Operations & Strategy, and Legal Studies. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business. In 2024, they will be pursuing a Master of Business and Technology degree in Management Information Systems at The University of Georgia. Additionally, Ashley has obtained certifications in Change Management Professional from Prosci in 2018, VSM from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011, and Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2011.
