Jarrod Ricker

Jarrod Ricker has a strong background in logistics and operations management. Jarrod started their career at Exel in 2013, working as an Operations Supervisor and later as an Operations Systems Supervisor and Operations Manager. In 2014, they moved to Walmart Distribution Center where they served as an Area Manager, Performance Visibility Operations Manager, and Quality Assurance/Systems Manager. Since 2017, Jarrod has been working at Covenant, first as a Transportation Project Manager, then as an Engineering Analyst, Senior Logistics Engineer, and Senior Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Logistics Engineering at Covenant.

Jarrod Ricker attended East Tennessee State University from 2006 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
