Karen Luna-Fason has extensive experience in IT quality and compliance, currently serving as the IT Quality and Compliance Manager at Covenant since September 2018, after progressing through roles as IT Quality and Compliance Analyst and Sr QA Test Analyst. Previously, Karen held various positions at Unum from March 2003 to August 2018, including Senior Test Analyst, Business Specialist, and Telephonic Enrollment Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in quality assurance and business operations.
