Ian M. Symington

Ian Symington is responsible for identifying and evaluating multifamily investment opportunities in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia. He has extensive market knowledge and relationships within the multifamily industry.

Prior to Covenant Capital Group, Ian worked for Walker & Dunlop for five years in their mortgage banking and investment sales departments. Most recently, Ian was a part of W&D’s multifamily investment sales team covering Atlanta and Nashville where he worked on over $750M of closed institutional transactions. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of South Carolina (2014).
