Bryce Porter currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Covenant Care, where significant achievements include stabilizing business operations and re-engineering the recruitment strategy to enhance talent acquisition and reduce hiring costs. As co-founder of RETROPlay LLC, Bryce led the successful licensing of the Reverse Charades portfolio and oversaw the development and marketing of the game, resulting in over 800,000 units sold. Previously, Bryce held leadership roles at Sun Mar Healthcare, where innovative strategies led to a dramatic turnaround in financial performance and occupancy records.
