Dava Ashley

Dava Ashley has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within Covenant Care, where Dava has held various leadership roles since July 1999. As President since September 2012, Dava successfully managed a complex divestiture of 24 facilities and navigated significant reimbursement changes in the Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health sectors. Prior to this role, Dava served as Chief Operating Officer, achieving outstanding results and contributing to national recognition for quality through the American Health Care Association's Baldridge Quality Program. Dava's career at Covenant Care also includes tenure as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing operations for 57 facilities across seven states, and initially as Vice President Operations - West.
