Troy Oliver is an experienced professional in the fields of executive search and recruiting, currently serving at Covenant Consulting since January 2012, where the focus lies on creating sustainable change through strong client relationships and a human-centered approach. Prior to Covenant Consulting, Troy worked as a Professional Recruiter at Premier Alliance from September 2005 to January 2012, providing placement services for IT and engineering professionals. Troy's career includes a significant tenure at Kforce Inc. from October 1998 to September 2005, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, employee relations, and full lifecycle account management. Earlier in the career, Troy held a position as Field Services Supervisor at DHL from February 1996 to October 1998, managing station operations and client relations.
