Customer Service Representative T2 at Covenant Eyes

Brandon Key has worked in the customer service industry since 2006. Brandon began their career as the Manager of Accounts and Distribution at SHADY LANE CELLARS in 2006. In 2012, they moved to Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Customer Service Representative, managing commercial accounts and assisting customers with parts orders and needs. In 2016, they joined Covenant Eyes as a Customer Service Representative T2, where they assisted with customer service issues, took escalated calls, and worked with the UX department on customer service and product development.

A man was arrested after police say they were caught on surveillance video stealing a package from a home in the Heights.

The theft happened on March 7 at a home in the 1100 block of Nicholson Street.

According to court documents, the homeowner saw the suspect, later identified as 33-year-old Christopher Johnson, on their surveillance video taking a package from their front porch.

The package contained a pair of shoes valued at $150.

Johnson was arrested on March 16 and charged with theft.

Brandon is being held in the Harris County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
