Jackie Park-Cross

Jackie Park-Cross has had a varied work experience beginning with their role as a Systems Monitor at Meijer in 1997. In 2005, they began working at Covenant Eyes as an Incident Manager, Scrum Master, User Experience Designer, and Agile Project Coordinator. In 2010, Park-Cross became the Owner/Writer of the blog With Just a Bit of Magic, and in 2011 they took on the roles of Mom Panelist and Contributing Blogger at AboutOne. Finally, in 2012, they became a Social Media Consultant at SayComputer.

Jackie Park-Cross has obtained an Associates degree in Networking - Microsoft Technology from Baker College of Owosso. Additionally, they have obtained the ITIL\u00ae Foundation CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
