Jeffrey Parkinson

Jeffrey Parkinson has worked for two companies, Covenant Eyes and Sparrow Health System. Jeffrey's most recent role was Interim Vice President of Member Care at Covenant Eyes, which they began in 2016. Prior to that, they were the Manager of the Center for Excellence, Customer Service Excellence Coach, Quality Assurance and Training Associate, and Customer Service Representative, all at Covenant Eyes. Before their work at Covenant Eyes, they were a Learning and Organizational Development Intern at Sparrow Health System, beginning in 2015.

Jeffrey Parkinson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (I/O) from Michigan State University between 2012 and 2016. Jeffrey then went on to obtain a Masters in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the same university between 2017 and 2020.
