Katie Cole

Katie Cole began their career in 2009 as a Media Producer with Covenant Eyes, where they were responsible for educating existing customers and millions of prospective customers about the core mission of Covenant Eyes with video content. Katie also contributed to the overall content marketing goals of the Marketing Department as content needs evolved. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Representative, answering both administrative and technical phone calls. In 2010, Katie began working as a Receptionist at the YMCA, greeting people with a smile and doing paperwork and small jobs. In 2012, they began working as a Lab Assistant at Spring Arbor University. Finally, in their role as Video Production Assistant at Covenant Eyes, they used their education to benefit the company through media and communication.

Katie Cole attended Spring Arbor University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to this, they were homeschooled and obtained their High School Diploma in 2009. Additionally, they have an Internet Marketing certification.
