Laszlo Oberlander

Laszlo Oberlander has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2016 to present, they have worked as a Product Developer at Covenant Eyes. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of Operating Systems R&D at Equinox Payments, where they led a group of engineers developing the best SW platform for POS terminals on the market. From 1996 to 2011, they held various roles at Hypercom Corporation, including Director of Operating Systems R&D, Manager of Phoenix OS/Firmware R&D, and Software Engineer. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Systems Technician at Hypercom Hungary, where they assisted in the installation of Point of Sale Terminals and participated in the development and fine tuning of RF based technologies to be used by Point of Sale terminals.

Laszlo Oberlander obtained their M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Computer Systems and Digital Signal Processing from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 1991 and 1996. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, focusing on Scrum based software development methodology.
