Chip Bryant

Chip Bryant currently serves as Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Covenant Health, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Chip held the role of Vice President at Palmetto Philanthropy and Partner at Integrated Strategy Group, both from August 2023 to February 2024, focusing on maximizing philanthropic impact and empowering clients in charitable giving. From January 2012 to August 2023, Chip was Vice Chancellor for Advancement at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where significant achievements included overseeing four of the university's most successful fundraising years and increasing the donor base by 56%. Chip also directed the University’s $1.1B "Join the Journey" campaign and previously served as Executive Director of Development & Alumni Affairs. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1988 and 1993.
