Gina Kinkaid

Gina Kinkaid currently serves as the Corporate HR Director for Learning & Leadership Development at Covenant Health, a position held since July 2012. Previously, Kinkaid was the Director of Human Resources at Covenant Health and had an extensive career at Tennova, where Gina worked as Market Vice President for Human Resources. Kinkaid also held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Mercy Health Partners from January 2008 until its transition to Tennova Healthcare in October 2011. Earlier in her career, Kinkaid was the Regional Director of Human Resources at St. Mary's Health System and engaged in various management functions within Human Resources from November 1989 to January 2008. Kinkaid's experience began at Providence Health & Services as Clinical Director in both Yakima and Seattle from January 1986 to October 1989. Kinkaid earned a Master of Nursing degree in Cardiovascular Nursing from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
