Gordon Hayes

Gordon Hayes has over two decades of experience in information technology and engineering. Currently serving as the IT Network Manager and previously as the IT Desktop Support Supervisor at Covenant Health since May 1998, Gordon has been instrumental in supporting the organization's network infrastructure. Prior to this role, Gordon worked as an IT Senior Network Technician and gained foundational experience as a Civil Engineering Technician at Vaughn and Melton Engineering, where responsibilities included the design and layout of highway projects. Additionally, Gordon began a career in land surveying as a Draftsman / Surveyor at Trotter and McClellan Land Surveyors, focusing on property surveying and state record drawings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Tusculum University and an Associate's degree in Computer Drafting from Pellissippi State Community College.
