Jon-David Deeson

Jon-David Deeson, FACHE, CMPE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jon-David began their career as a Regional Practice Administrator at Covenant Health in 1994. Jon-David then moved on to Pershing Yoakley & Associates in 1996, where they held various roles, including Principal and Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, Deeson joined OrthoTennessee as the Chief Operating Officer, and later became the Chief Executive Officer in 2017. Currently, they hold the role of EVP, Ambulatory Svcs & Physician Enterprise at Covenant Health, starting in 2023.

Jon-David Deeson, FACHE, CMPE completed their undergraduate education at the University of Florida from 1988 to 1992. Jon-David then pursued a Master of Science in Health Administration and Master of Business Administration (MSHA/MBA) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating in 1995. Jon-David also holds additional certifications including a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from MGMA, as well as a Fellow designation from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Jon-David has also obtained an Operations Management Certificate from MGMA.
