Yvonne Collier

Yvonne Collier is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and informatics. Since April 2006, Yvonne has held various roles at Covenant Health, including IT Informatics Analyst for Behavioral Health/Nursing, Nurse Manager at Park West Medical Center since July 2015, and Senior Risk Manager at both Park West Medical Center and Fort Loudoun Medical Center. Yvonne has been instrumental in managing risk issues, implementing process changes, and overseeing the education and orientation of staff for over 275 employees. Yvonne also has a strong clinical background, having started as a Perioperative Registered Nurse and working as a Staff RN in medical-surgical and neurovascular trauma units. Yvonne holds an Associate Degree in Science and Nursing from Florida Community College of Jacksonville, as well as Bachelor's Degrees in Nursing and Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
