Kerry McKinstry

Kerry McKinstry has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development and previously as an Organizational Development Consultant at Covenant Health Canada since February 2012. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor at the City of St. Albert and Planning & Human Resources Officer at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Extension. Kerry began a career at the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta as a Corporate Development Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Alberta, complemented by further studies at the University of Alberta.
