Michelle Steil

Michelle Steil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Covenant Health Canada since July 2023, Michelle previously held significant positions at ATB Financial, including Director and Senior Leadership Learning Consultant and Coach, from January 2014 to July 2023. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Team Lead at Enbridge Pipelines and Manager of Practice Integration and Human Resources Advisor at Alberta Health Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta, a Certificate of Adult Continuing Education from the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta, and a Professional Coaching credential from Erickson Coaching International.
