Jacynthe Blais Jacques

Jacynthe Blais Jacques currently serves as the Interpreter Services Programs Manager at Covenant Health in Tewksbury, MA, since December 2022. In this role, Jacynthe oversees the daily management of the Interpreter Services department, focusing on customer service, effective scheduling, and patient care while implementing national best practices. Previous experience includes serving as the Interpreter Services Program Manager at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center and as a Work Study Student at the University of Southern Maine. Jacynthe has also worked as a French Tutor and directed cultural and language programs at the Gendron Franco Center, managing grants and creating partnerships with local organizations. Jacynthe’s educational background includes a FLE Certificate from Université Laval, an Associate of Arts from Central Maine Community College, and studies at the University of Southern Maine.
