Jenn McCarthy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jenn began their career at Saint Vincent Hospital as a staff RN and eventually became a Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab. After working at Lahey Clinic as a Nurse Manager, they joined Saints Campus, Lowell General Hospital as the Director of Cardiovascular and Outpatient Services. Jenn then served as the Chief Clinical Officer at Vibra Healthcare. Following that, they took on the role of Senior Director of Nursing and Healthcare Services for the Worcester Region at BAMSI. Currently, they are the Director of Post-Acute Quality and Compliance at Covenant Health, where they focus on accreditation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Overall, Jenn McCarthy has played various leadership roles in healthcare organizations, demonstrating expertise in quality and safety initiatives, compliance strategies, and regulatory compliance activities.

Jenn McCarthy obtained their Master's degree in Nursing Science from UMass Worcester Graduate School of Nursing from 1991-1994. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing at Worcester State University from 1988-1990. Jenn started their nursing education by completing their Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) at Saint Vincent School of Nursing from 1985-1987. Additionally, they attended Grafton High School, although the years and degree obtained are unspecified.
