Karla Swanson-Murphy

Karla Swanson-Murphy serves as the Process Improvement and Innovation Manager at Covenant Health, where responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives across various business units and ensuring project completion within budget and timelines. Additionally, Karla has been a Vice Chair and member of the Finance Committee at MSAD 61 since June 2010. Karla’s career also includes positions at The Echo Group, NAHGA Claim Services, and Hancock Lumber, demonstrating a strong background in operations and management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern Maine and a BA from Middlebury College.
