Nicole Castillo has extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and accounts receivable management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Covenant Health in Tewksbury, Massachusetts since May 2018, Nicole also holds the title of Post Acute AR Director. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Genesis HealthCare from March 2013, focusing on Regional Medicaid Pending and Private Specialist responsibilities. Nicole's career began at Sun Healthcare Group, where from April 2010 to March 2013, the role of AR Field Director was held.
