Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Covenant House California since December 2014, Heather is dedicated to uplifting programs for young people, emphasizing unconditional love and respect. Prior to this role, Heather held several key positions at Olive Crest from July 2009 to December 2014, including Vice President of Administration and Director of Development Operations, where Heather honed expertise in fund development and operational management.

Covenant House California is a nonprofit youth shelter that provides sanctuary and support for homeless and trafficked youth, ages 18-25. At Covenant House CA, we believe that no young person deserves to be homeless; that every young person in California deserves shelter, food, clothing, education ... and most importantly, to be loved. We believe it is our responsibility as a community, to ensure that young people are given the opportunities that they deserve to achieve their dreams.
