Tiara Morgan

Tiara Morgan is an experienced professional in the social services field, currently serving as an Overnight Program Specialist and Overnight Case Manager/Residential Administrator at Covenant House Florida since January 2017. In this role, Tiara greets residents and facilitates their adaptation to the organization’s environment while ensuring culturally competent services in line with the agency's mission. Previously, Tiara worked as a Family Support Counselor at Kids In Distress from May 2014 to May 2015, providing in-home support to at-risk families and managing case documentation. Tiara's career began as a Family Assessment Worker at Children's Home Society of Florida from July 2007 to January 2009, focusing on enhancing parenting skills and linking families to essential services.
