Karmena Tawfeek currently serves as an Occupational Therapy Level I Student at both the Hillside Board of Education School District and Covenant House New Jersey, roles commenced in September 2023. Karmena has gained valuable experience as a Doctoral Assistant at Kean University Graduate School since August 2022 and previously held the position of Head Residential Counselor at Kean's Bridge to Success program from June to August 2023. Additionally, Karmena worked as a Residential Counselor and Academic Success Coach at Kean University from July 2021 to August 2022 and from September 2018 to March 2020, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University and a current pursuit of an Occupational Therapy Doctorate at the same institution, expected to be completed by December 2025.
