Rebecca Barnes

Rebecca Barnes is an experienced professional in research, evaluation, and data analysis, currently serving as the Director of Research, Evaluation and Learning at Covenant House Vancouver since November 2019. In this role, Rebecca established an analytic data model to support program services for over 1,000 clients annually and implemented efficient KPI reporting systems, significantly reducing reporting time. Previous experiences include positions at Chartio, BC Housing, and Greater Vancouver Shelter Strategy, where accomplishments included managing business analyses, developing measurement protocols, and securing substantial funding for housing projects. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s (Hons.) in Psychological Science from The University of Queensland, an MBA from RMIT University, and multiple nanodegrees in Data Science and Data Analysis from Udacity.
