Program Management

The Program Management team at Covenant House Vancouver oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support street youth facing trauma and adversity. This team, led by multiple Directors and a Chief Program Officer, collaborates to ensure that services are effective, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of the youth. They also provide training and guidance to case managers and staff, fostering a holistic environment of care and support.
