Allison Wilson possesses extensive experience in facility management and athletic services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at Covenant Living Communities and Services since May 2019, where roles also include Capital Project Manager and Refurbishing Supervisor. Prior to this position, Allison was the Athletics Facility Manager at the University of Chicago and held various roles in facility management with Naperville Park District, North Central College, and Benedictine University. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Leadership Studies with a Sport Leadership Emphasis and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, both from North Central College. Additional experience includes a customer service role with the Chicago Bears and mentorship of freshman athletes, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and community engagement in athletic settings.
