Andy Schultz

Andy Schultz has extensive experience in the healthcare sales industry. Andy began their career in 2006 as the Director of Sales, Marketing & Outreach Services at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. Andy later served as the Corporate Consultant for Customer Experience before transitioning to the role of Home & Community Based Services & Technology Regional Business Development. In 2014, they became the Regional Operations-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement leader for the Minnesota region. Andy then assumed the position of Regional Operations, Sales and Marketing in 2017, overseeing sales and marketing outcomes for the organization's largest region. That same year, they joined Covenant Living Communities and Services as the National Director of Healthcare Sales, where they were responsible for managing a team of 40 employees and implementing revenue optimization strategies. Most recently, they were promoted to the Associate Vice President of Healthcare Sales.

Andy Schultz attended St. Cloud State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communications/Healthcare Administration.
