Jay Hibbard

Jay Hibbard has a strong background in sales, marketing, and communications in the senior living industry. Jay has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as a Director of Sales and Marketing at American Lifecare Corporation in 1989. Jay then worked as a Regional Director of Sales at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from 1994 to 2002. Following that, they served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Spectrum Marketing from 2002 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, Hibbard held multiple roles at Martino & Binzer and Bluespire Senior Living, including President and Sr. Vice President. In 2016, they joined Covenant Retirement Communities as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Communications, before transitioning to their current position as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Communications, and Business Development at Covenant Living Communities and Services in September 2020. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Shell Point Retirement Community from 2007 to 2016.

Jay Hibbard attended Liberty University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
