Jennifer Laub has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Jennifer started their career as a Food Service Director at Southern Foodservice Management in 2002 and later became the Owner of Garretto's Food Industry Consulting and Concepts in 2007. In 2013, they joined ARAMARK as a Multi-Service Director before moving to Sodexo in 2016 as a General Manager. In 2017, they became the Director of Dining Services at Covenant Living of Bixby, where they worked until joining Covenant Living Communities and Services in 2022 as the Regional Director of Dining Operations.
Jennifer Laub holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Relations/Organizational Studies, which they acquired from the University of Oklahoma in the years 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Education at Tulsa Community College from 2007 to 2009.
