Jessica Harbinson

Jessica Harbinson, PHR has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Jessica'smost recent position is with Covenant Living Communities and Services, where they serve as the Human Resources Director since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Benehealth starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2022, Jessica served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Home Assist Health. Jessica also spent four years as an HR Manager at FSL from 2014 to 2018. Before that, Jessica held the position of HR/Payroll Coordinator/HR Manager at Nightingale Homecare for six years. Jessica also has experience as a Laboratory Assistant Shift Supervisor at Phoenix Baptist Hospital from 1996 to 2001.

Jessica Harbinson, PHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Jessica also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Post University. In addition to their degrees, Jessica has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in July 2016. Although it is not specified, Jessica has some educational background in music from Phoenix College.
