Rachel Beckett, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within human resources. Rachel is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Covenant Living Communities and Services since March 2020.

Prior to their current position, Rachel worked at Nelson Westerberg, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to March 2020, Human Resources Manager from September 2016 to December 2019, Human Resources Generalist from August 2014 to August 2016, and Payroll Administrator from August 2012 to July 2014.

Rachel also had an entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneur at Book Smart One-on-one Tutoring from August 2011 to August 2012.

Before that, they served as the Kids Connection Supervisor at Oswegoland Park District from November 2004 to August 2011.
