Robi Nevers

Robi Nevers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Robi started their career in 2001 at Allstate, where they held various roles including Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, and Financial Analyst. Throughout their tenure, Robi was responsible for talent management, human capital planning, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. In 2022, they joined Covenant Living Communities and Services as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Robi Nevers attended Northern Illinois University from 1981 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, Robi attended Amos Alonzo Stagg High School, also affiliated with Northern Illinois University, but it is unclear when they attended or if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
