Mike Field

Mike joined Covenant in 2021, bringing with him 12 years of healthcare experience in physician recruitment, business development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Covenant, Mike spent six years in a physician recruitment leadership role with Sutter Health, the 7th largest integrated healthcare delivery system in the United States. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho; and Master’s Degrees in Health Administration and Business Administration from Weber State University. Mike currently oversees all talent acquisition and physician/advanced practice professional recruitment efforts across Covenant’s business operations.
