Rip brought nearly 30 years of experience in long term care to Covenant Place in 2009. He is responsible for successful leadership and management of operations as set forth by the Covenant Place Board of Directors. He began his career in healthcare as a direct caregiver in 1977 while attending the University of South Carolina. Rip has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Masters of Education. Licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator, Rip has attended numerous leadership courses including Lexington Leadership and the South Carolina Executive Institute. He is also a Certified Aging Services Professional.
