Mike Hughes has worked in the technology industry since 1985. Mike started their career at Evergreen Technical Services as a Computer Aided Designer. Mike then moved to Lee Engineering as a Network Administrator & Engineering Technician in 1991. In 1996, they became the Information Technology Manager at Campbell Global. In 2010, they began working as a Consulting CIO at Pavelcomm. In 2012, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Avamere Health Services. In 2009, they co-founded Mimic Data, LLC. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Emerging Technologies at Covenant Technology Solutions, Inc. As the Director of Emerging Technologies, they work with executives and business managers to strategize on and deliver technology solutions. As Chief Technology Officer at Avamere Health Services, they are responsible for strategic development, budgeting and management of the technology book of assets for Avamere Health Services. As Consulting CIO at Pavelcomm, they provide CIO and IT Strategy consulting to businesses of all sizes in the Pacific Northwest.
