Sheldon Philips, PMP RP, began their career in 1993 as VP of Technology and Controller for Medical Consultants Network, where they were responsible for technology and networking of 15 locations nationally for a Independent Medical Examination (IME) firm. Sheldon also managed all accounting and finance activities. In 2000, they became the owner of LD Bailey & Associates. In 2007, they became the owner of Philips Project Professionals and the Interim IT Manager for Integrity Logistics. In 2010, they became a Business Performance Specialist for Family Business Advisers, where they worked on process key performance indicators and acted as a transition controller. In 2011, they joined Covenant Technology Solutions, Inc. as Director Cybersecurity & Compliance, Director - Client Advisory / Compliance / Special Projects, Compliance Security Officer and New Accounts / Special Projects.

Sheldon Philips, PMP RP, has an education history that includes attending Cedarville University from 1969 to 1971, studying Business, and Portland State University - School of Business from 1972 to 1974. Sheldon also holds certifications from the CMMC-AB and the Project Management Institute, including a CMMC-AB RP obtained in September 2021 and a PMP - Project Management Professional obtained in May 2009.
