Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown has a strong background in continuous improvement and project management. Ashley currently serves as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement & Project Management at Covenant since February 2022. Prior to this, Ashley held various roles at Covenant, including Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement, Strategic Planning & Driver Orientation/Onboarding from April 2021 to February 2022, Director of Continuous Improvement & Strategy from August 2019 to April 2021, and Senior Continuous Improvement Manager from January 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining Covenant, Ashley worked at Beaulieu America as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement from March 2013 to November 2017. Ashley also gained valuable experience at Mohawk Industries, where they served as a Senior Business Operations Analyst from September 2011 to March 2013 and as a Management Trainee from May 2010 to September 2011.

Ashley Brown obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management, Operations & Strategy, and Legal Studies from Kennesaw State University in the years 2005 to 2009. Ashley further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Ashley Brown is enrolled in The University of Georgia, where they are pursuing a Master of Business and Technology degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, Ashley has obtained several certifications, including a Change Management Professional certification from Prosci in 2018, and a VSM certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, both obtained in 2011.
