Ashton L. Finley, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Currently, Ashton serves as the Director of Operations at Covenant Transport Services, where they oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Prior to this role, Ashton worked as an Operations Manager, Planning Team Lead, Engineered Load Planner, and Regional Load Planner at the same company. Ashton also gained valuable experience as a Sales Team Lead at The Limited in 2015. Earlier in their career, Ashton held various roles at US Xpress Enterprises Inc, including Senior Human Resources Analyst, Logistics Analyst, National Account Representative, Operations Specialist, Regional Account Representative, and Exception Specialist. In these positions, Ashton excelled at analyzing data, coordinating logistics, managing accounts, and developing new procedures.
Ashton L. Finley, M.B.A. received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and General Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from The University of North Alabama.
