Billy Cartright

Billy Cartright has a comprehensive work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Billy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at LEW THOMPSON & SON TRUCKING INC since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Operations at Covenant Transport Services starting from July 2019. From June 2017 to July 2019, they worked at Southern Refrigerated Transport, initially as EVP, COO and later as Senior Vice President of Administration. Before that, they held the positions of Sr. Vice President Operations and Vice President Safety & Recruiting at USA Truck, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Billy also gained experience at XPO Logistics as Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Safety, and Dir of Business Dev from 2010 to 2015. Lastly, they served as the Director of Recruiting at Contract Freighters, Inc. from 2007 to 2010.

Billy Cartright attended Missouri Southern State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BA Spanish.
