Will Acker

Will Acker has extensive experience in operations and logistics management. Will is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Covenant since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at EVO Transportation from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team and successfully implemented standard operating procedures. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Operations-Southern Region at Covenant, responsible for coordinating administrative functions and mentoring management positions. Will also worked as the Director of Operations at CalArk Inc. from 2014 to 2018, overseeing supply chain and 3PL solutions. Before that, they were an Operations Manager at Walmart in 2013. Will Acker started their professional career in 1998 as a Courier at FedEx Express. Will progressively advanced to the positions of Manager and Senior Manager, where they managed multiple stations and personnel. Prior to their civilian career, Will Acker served as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1997.

Will Acker attended Jordan Vocational High School from 1992 to 1993. Will then attended Chatahoochee from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations.
