Stephanie Stevens

Stephanie Stevens is currently the Director of Rehabilitation at Covenant Woods since April 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Director of Rehabilitation Services at Advance Care LLC from February 2021 to March 2023. With over 16 years of experience in the field, Stephanie also served as the Director of Rehab at Genesis Rehab Services from April 2005 to February 2021. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
