Michael McKinley

Michael McKinley has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and product management. Michael has held various roles at different companies, including Coventry Workers' Comp Services and Concentra.

At Coventry Workers' Comp Services, McKinley started as a Business Analyst and later worked their way up to become the Sr. Manager of IT Planning and Analysis. In this role, they managed a major application redesign, worked with senior IT leadership and clients to improve product design and stability, and handled client relations.

During their time at Concentra, McKinley served as a Business Analyst and later became a Product Manager and IT Director of Product Management. In these roles, they managed client-facing web portals, an operational application, and customer service applications.
