Lee Raybould

Lee Raybould currently serves as the CFO & Executive Director at Coventry Building Society. Prior to this role, Lee spent 16 years at Nationwide Building Society where they served as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Group Strategy and Planning. Lee has a wealth of experience in the financial sector and has been a driving force in helping Coventry Building Society navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic.

Lee Raybould has a degree in Financial Strategy from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Lee is also a FCCA qualified accountant, having studied at BPP in London.

Lee Raybould reports to Steve Hughes, CEO. Lee Raybould works with and Peter Frost - Chief Customer Officer & Executive Director.
