Lucy Becque

Lucy Becque began their work experience in 1996 as an HR Advisor at LucasVarity. Lucy then moved on to Arthur Andersen in 1998, where they worked as an HR Advisor until 1999. From 1999 to 2011, Lucy worked as the Head of Human Resources at Baker Tilly. Following that, they worked at Deutsche Bank as the Director of Human Resources from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Lucy became the Chief People Officer at Coventry Building Society. Lucy currently holds the position of Chair of People and Remuneration Committee at Creative Education Trust.

Lucy Becque attended Keele University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied HR and Modern Languages. No degree was specified.
